A river link project is started by Mostaq Hassan from Garobadah River, the origin of Jinjiram river to the Bridge of Mankachar. Earthen Road with embankment ht of 5m atleast with river protection by plantation of trees along the embankment on both side of river will made and the length of river will be short atleast by 20 percent. ater level will be raised atleast 2m above the Ground level of the nearest cultivated land for irrigation purpose. The farmer will take the water to their paddy land/ crops etc to save the cost of diesel atleast by 50 percent. All crops can be carried through the road with a minimum tollgate charge. All the small Branches of the river will closed by a Gate to control the water for irrigation and fishery. All local people will be engaged for the irrigation and fishery system. There are cross Gates to control the flow of water along the river and to divert the flow along the centre portion of the river to stop the scouring along the the embankment. The project will be made by finance and all the expenditures will be refunded through toll gate / fishery/ irrigation etc. Every one is requested to mail to mosttaque@rediffmail.com for their valuable suggestion.
